What is the Treasurer Peer Network?
Part of the Arts Council’s Transforming Governance Programme, the Treasurer Peer Network is an opportunity to connect with other treasurers, learn from each other and exchange insights.
What is the opening session about?
This session is run by the Tranforming Governance team at the Arts Council, and is the first part of the Treasurer Peer Network. It is designed to allow you to trial the Treasurer Peer Network, to understand how it will run and how it will support your development needs and benefit your organisation. The session is also an opportunity to network and connect with other cultural leaders, to understand the wider landscape of cultural leadership through sharing common challenges and identifying successful strategies to support the chair role.
After this opening session, you will be invited to register to join a treasurer peer group to receive four facilitated, in-depth sessions with an industry expert, designed around your specific needs and interests.
Please note: We ask that you only attend one opening session
