We’re starting to see more venues taking a step back into live performances, but online talks and shows are still being delivered so that audiences can be engaged in these difficult times.
If you’re planning any event for the new year you need to make sure it’s accessible. If you want Stagetext to assist you with live or digital subtitles you need to be booking your slot NOW. There is more demand not just from the cultural sector but from the world in general and there is limited expertise, so if you want to avoid disappointment please ensure you have spoken with us asap.

If you’re planning an online show this year, whether it’s pre-recorded or live, we can help.
If it’s pre-recorded, Oliver Webster, our Programme Systems Manager, can talk you through the different options on digital and burnt-in subtitles, he may even be able to offer you a subsidy.

Talks, Tours, Festivals, Christmas Parties, and any Unscripted Events
If you need live subtitles for a talk, party, or live event, whether it’s online or in venue, then Courtney Rudge, our Live Subtitling Manager, can help you out.
Live subtitles are currently one of our most in demand services, and we’re already booked up for the next couple of weeks, so if your event needs live subtitles get in touch now so you don’t miss out. We are now taking booking well into next year – the early bird catches the worm!

Our Opening Hours
We’ll be working hard throughout December to make sure that everyone can have an accessible Christmas.
However, everyone deserves a rest, so our staff will be taking a well-earned break as we close our offices from Wednesday 23 December 2020 and reopen on Monday 4 January 2021.
We can still supply access throughout this time, but you will need to book in advance and make sure we have everything in place before our holidays.
