Winner of the Women’s Prize in 2018, Kamila Shamsie has become one of the best loved voices in British fiction, while retaining a strong connection with her hometown of Karachi. Her new novel, Best of Friends, charts a lifelong friendship between two girls from their early years in 1980s Karachi to professional life in contemporary London.
