Masterclass: Why Children’s Content Matters image
Synopsis:

This session will delve into the importance of content for children, against a backdrop of squeezed budgets and a fragmented landscape. Looking at content across the genre, from pre-school, animation, to digital and live action, the panel will drill down into areas such as the need for innovation and the value of storytelling.
With this highly engaged young audience, diverse and positive representation on screen is vital for children to learn about themselves and the world around them. Versatility is now required in creating successful content which will cut through and the opportunities and challenges in developing and delivering this content will be explored.
