In this very special online talk, Curators Cornelia Homburg and Christopher Riopelle will introduce you to our current 5 star exhibition ‘Van Gogh: Poets and Lovers’.
This exhibition brings together some of Van Gogh’s most loved paintings and drawings from across the globe, many of which are rarely seen in public. During the talk, Cornelia and Christopher will explore just what inspired and motivated the artist in his famously productive final years in Arles, in the south of France, examining some of his most prolific works, including ‘Starry Night over the Rhône’ as well as ‘Sunflowers’.
This session will be accompanied by live speech-to-text transcription supported by Stagetext.
